Aligning Your Compensation Program with Your Business and Talent Needs
Since compensation is the largest line item in most budgets, getting it right is critical. In this webinar, we explore how to evaluate the alignment between your compensation program and the organization it supports, from both a business and talent perspective. Our presenters delve into the metrics and reporting that simplify internal communication, support pay transparency and compliance, and empower your organization to make smarter spending decisions. We also share how to tell a compelling, data-backed story about the health of your program, how compensation is supporting your organization’s larger goals, and the ROI of your compensation strategy.
Our panelists discuss:
- How to use comp analytics to inform compliance and transparency
- What to report to leadership—and how to frame it
- Selling the ROI of your compensation investments (without being a salesperson)
- Leveraging technology to streamline reporting and optimize spend
